Responsible collection

Public sources only; robots.txt, host throttling, Retry-After and access controls are respected. Authentication, CAPTCHAs and paywalls are not bypassed.

AI boundaries

AI can retrieve, explain and draft from supplied evidence. BidScore, eligibility and compliance states remain deterministic or human-controlled.

Private workspaces

Response content, company evidence and workspace configuration require authentication. Administrator credentials and crawler controls are separated from normal users.
